CloudTalk seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to hire across Marketing, Sales, Support, and People on a global scale. You’ll own end-to-end recruitment, partner with Hiring Managers, and independently manage IC and lower management roles across multiple functions.

You’ll source proactively, manage pipelines in international markets, and drive hiring quality. Fluent English required; SaaS experience a plus. Remote or hybrid from Barcelona, Prague or Bratislava options.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Proven experience hiring internationally, mainly for Sales roles.
• Strong sourcing mindset and confidence in outbound recruitment.
• Comfortable working across international markets.
• Fluent English (C1+)
• Collaborative
• Curious, driven, and commercially aware.
• SaaS experience is a big plus!

Responsabilités

• Own full-cycle recruitment from intake to signed offer.
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers to define role requirements and hiring strategy.
• Actively source and build pipelines (we don't rely only on inbound).
• Manage inbound pipelines and maintain strong funnel health.
• Conduct structured interviews and ensure high-quality hiring decisions.
• Provide market insights and keep processes moving efficiently.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives such as attending meetups, providing insights for blogposts or writing punchy LinkedIn posts.
• Build strong partnership with Hiring Managers - you'll advise, challenge and influence.
• You'll independently own IC-level roles and lower Management roles across Sales, Marketing, Support, Customer Success, Finance, and People.
• You'll be accountable for both time-to-fill and hiring quality.
