Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a Senior IT Consultant for Talent Acquisition Platforms with deep SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and SmartRecruiters expertise. This role will drive a global TA technology transformation and AI-enabled hiring initiatives across an international organization.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in SAP SF Recruiting (RCM/CSB) and 2+ years in SmartRecruiters, with strong stakeholder management and multinational experience.

Formación

• 5+ years hands-on SAP SF Recruiting (RCM) and CSB.
• 2+ years SmartRecruiters experience incl. migrations.
• Experience in large multinational enterprise environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication

Responsabilidades

• Lead transition from SAP SF Recruiting to SmartRecruiters.
• Define target recruiting processes and workshops.
• Drive implementation, migration, testing, adoption, and improvement.
• Translate business requirements into scalable tech solutions.
• Collaborate with global HR, TA, and IT stakeholders.
• Evaluate and implement AI-powered recruiting capabilities.
• Assess impacts on processes, data models, reporting.
• Present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate external implementation partners and vendors.
• Contribute to long-term TA technology strategy.
