Job summary

Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking an On-Demand Finance Lead to own the vertical’s financial performance and growth strategy. You will steer P&L, design O2C processes, and collaborate with Product & Tech to build scalable fintech features.

You will lead two Finance Analysts, drive cost-reduction or growth initiatives, and partner with commercial teams on pricing strategy in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Strategic Finance, Financial Operations, or CFO-track roles in fast-paced tech.
• Full P&L ownership and modeling experience.
• Strong problem solving with data-driven approaches.
• Executive presence and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Experience with Order-to-Cash and invoicing processes.
• SQL knowledge to extract insights.
• People management experience.
• B2B pricing and commercial strategy experience.
• Interest in automation and AI for workflow improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end On-Demand P&L and revenue/cost levers.
• Build scenario models and evaluate expansion opportunities.
• Design scalable O2C workflows and ensure timely invoicing.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to build fintech features.
• Collaborate on pricing strategy and contract guidelines.
• Lead and coach two Finance Analysts.
