Jobgether is seeking a Supply & Logistics Coordinator based in Spain to own end-to-end global supply chain operations for hardware products. You will coordinate with manufacturers, logistics providers, distributors, and internal teams to ensure product availability and on-time delivery across international markets.

The role blends hands-on execution with process development and strategic planning, offering high autonomy, ownership, and opportunities to implement scalable supply chain solutions

Formación

• Minimum 4 years in supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• Experience with PO management, production coordination, and lead time monitoring.
• Experience with international shipments and logistics providers.
• Proficiency with ERP systems like NetSuite, SAP, or Odoo.
• Ability to document workflows and implement improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end movement of hardware products from manufacturers to distributors across international markets.
• Create, monitor, and manage purchase orders; coordinate production schedules and shipment planning.
• Oversee inventory management: stock allocation, replenishment, accuracy.
• Coordinate international logistics with freight forwarders, carriers, and distribution partners.
• Support distributors with order coordination, updates, issue resolution, and ongoing support.
