SkyCell AG seeks a proactive Global Supplier and Warehouse Procurement Manager to oversee its worldwide supplier network and support scalable growth. The role combines strategic sourcing, supplier management, and operational coordination across warehouse and logistics services to ensure cost-efficiency and high service quality.

The position allows remote work within Spain, Portugal and Poland, with flexible cross-border collaboration and ongoing supplier performance reviews.

Formación

• Experience in supplier management and strategic procurement.
• Knowledge of GDP, GMP and cold chain standards in pharma.
• Strong tender management, contract and pricing negotiations.
• Supplier performance management and cost-savings tracking.
• Ability to analyse data and make cost/risk-based decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of global logistics service providers (LSPs).
• Source and onboard warehouse facilities and logistics partners.
• Lead RFIs/RFQs, rate negotiations, and annual renegotiations.
• Develop supplier contracts, pricing structures, and procurement frameworks.
• Monitor supplier performance via KPIs and quarterly business reviews.
• Coordinate global setup of service centers, distribution hubs, and ramp plans.
• Standardise procurement processes, tools, and documentation.
• Align procurement with forecasts, operations and projects.
• Support warehouse/process improvements and cost-efficiency initiatives.
• Handle procurement admin like rate uploads and invoicing coordination.
• Act as escalation point for warehouse and logistics issues.
