UTOPIA in Spain is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist (FF&E) to oversee procurement, logistics, and on-site installation for luxury hospitality projects in Barcelona. The role combines factory coordination, international logistics, and last-mile delivery to remote or hard-to-access locations, with close collaboration with construction teams on delivery timelines and site readiness.

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or FF&E.
• Background in hospitality or high-end residential projects.
• Experience with factory coordination, QC, and international logistics.
• Strong understanding of site logistics and installation processes.
• Ability to manage complex or remote project environments.
• Intermediate English and higher!

Responsabilidades

• Oversee FF&E production and conduct quality control at factory level
• Manage international logistics, storage, and inventory tracking
• Coordinate deliveries, including complex last-mile logistics (remote or hard-to-access locations)
• Supervise loading/unloading, equipment, and transport planning
• Ensure accurate documentation, dispatch, and receiving processes
• Work closely with construction teams on delivery timelines and site readiness
• Coordinate and supervise installation teams on-site
