Jobgether seeks a Project Coordinator EMEA, Production for a fully remote role based in Spain. You will coordinate linguist assignments, manage timelines, and support high-quality translation projects across multiple time zones.

You will act as the operational link between internal production teams and external linguists, ensuring work progresses efficiently, deadlines are met, and risks are addressed. Strong organization and English proficiency are essential in this fast-paced, tech-enabled

Formación

• Proven ability to coordinate translation projects and teams
• Strong written and spoken English
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with production workflows and localization tools is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate assignment of linguists to translation projects using internal production platforms
• Set, monitor, and manage project deadlines in alignment with SLAs and internal standards
• Track assignment status and provide updates across workflows
• Communicate with linguists to confirm status, identify risks, and resolve issues
• Manage queries from linguists and log/categorize communications
• Reassign projects to linguists to mitigate delays and ensure quality
• Maintain data entry and records related to linguist performance and payments
• Send, receive, and track translation quality feedback and revision reports
• Monitor QA status and follow up on incomplete quality checks
• Escalate production risks and blockers to Production Manager
• Ensure all workflow processes align with production protocols
