Jobgether is seeking a Project and Resource Manager based in Spain to coordinate research capacity across multiple projects and act as a hub between Account Management, Customer Success, and Research teams. You will prioritise work, balance capacity, and drive automation initiatives to increase delivery speed and client satisfaction.

The role offers a fully remote work model with international collaboration, flexibility to work abroad for up to 180 days, and equipment support.

Formación

• 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or resource planning in fast-paced environments.
• Strong ability to manage high volumes of parallel requests with attention to detail under pressure.
• Excellent prioritisation and decision-making with ability to balance urgency and impact.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate incoming project requests and clarify requirements with stakeholders.
• Coordinate and allocate research talent across multiple parallel projects.
• Maintain real-time overview of team bandwidth and workload distribution.
• Prioritise work and communicate realistic timelines to stakeholders.
• Identify inefficiencies and contribute to process improvements.
• Support automation initiatives to reduce manual coordination.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve operational efficiency.
