Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Corporate Strategic Intelligence Senior Manager to translate complex market and competitive dynamics into actionable insights that shape Group strategy and support key decisions. You will partner with the VP Strategic Intelligence and act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, finance, external audit (Big 4 preferred), internal audit or market/competitive intelligence.
• Experience in international context.
• Fluent English is required; any other language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate market, competitive and strategic dynamics into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Lead high-impact analyses of competitors, markets and topics to support executive decisions.
• Prepare presentations tailored to senior management audiences (EXEC Committee).
• Provide challenge and perspective to ensure analytical rigor and business impact.
• Frame key business questions with Strategy leaders and stakeholders across the company.
• Conduct ad hoc strategic analyses for Group leadership and the Executive Committee.
• Guide and review deliverables with the Strategic Intelligence team and leadership.
• Foster collaboration across Businesses, Divisions, Operations and Regions.
