• Translate Home Solutions and country commercial strategies into actionable local MarCom plans covering new residential, renovation, and channel priorities.
• Define the annual MarCom calendar, mapping activities for Schneider Home launches, hero offers, campaigns, and key market moments such as trade fairs and peak renovation seasons.
• Adapt the Schneider Home global messaging framework to local market needs, ensuring cultural relevance and consistency with the Schneider Electric master brand.
• Build audience insights on homeowners, electricians, installers, home builders, architects, and interior designers to sharpen targeting and value propositions.
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns across the full mix: digital, events, PR, content, social, email, and point of sale.
• Assemble and localize communication assets from global Home Solutions teams for country-level deployment, including launch kits, installer toolkits, and homeowner-facing content.
• Activate channel partners (distributors, DIY retailers, and e-commerce) through co-marketing, sell-out campaigns, and in-store and online visibility leveraging the Marketing Development funds
• Engage the trade community through installer programs, training events, and live demos that position electricians as home energy experts.
• Manage agency and vendor relationships to deliver on time, on brief, and within budget.
• Design demand generation programs with Sales teams to produce qualified leads from installers, home builders, developers, and prescribers.
• Deploy nurturing workflows to convert leads across the funnel, from awareness to opportunity, and drive upsell of connected and home energy management solutions.
• Track MarCom contribution to pipeline, sell-out, and revenue, reporting on lead quality and conversion rates.
