Job summary

Trina Solar is seeking a Project Manager to drive the development and execution of solar tracker projects across international locations. You will oversee end-to-end project activities, from contracting through commissioning, coordinating engineering, supply chain, legal and finance teams to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 3+ years in solar PV project management, an engineering degree, fluency in Spanish (native) and English (C1), and strong skills in AutoCAD, BPM/ERP, and advanced

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Industrial, Electrical or Energy engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management in the solar PV.
• Languages: Spanish (native) and English (C1).

Responsibilities

• Provide support during the contract close-out process.
• Lead the end-to-end management of solar PV projects from signing to commissioning and close-out.
• Plan and monitor project execution including schedules, budgets and KPIs.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, supply chain, legal, finance and operations.
• Manage relationships with clients, contractors and external consultants.
• Provide technical follow-up throughout the project lifecycle and resolve issues with relevant teams.
