Job summary

Sungrow Spain seeks a Delivery Project Manager to oversee end-to-end solar PV and energy storage projects across Spain. You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, maintain strong customer relationships, and coordinate cross-functional teams and subcontractors.

Requirements include a degree in Electrical/Industrial Engineering and 5+ years in project delivery within renewables, with travel across Spain and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or closely related field.
• 5+ years in project management or delivery within solar PV/renewable energy.
• Proven track record managing complex multi-stakeholder projects from kick-off to commissioning.
• Strong contract management skills for scope changes and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of utility-scale and commercial solar PV and energy storage projects in Spain.
• Primary contact for customers across the project lifecycle from PO to commissioning.
• Coordinate internal teams and external subcontractors for seamless execution.
• Oversee all project technical documentation for accuracy and timely submission.
• Support FAT and SATs with customers as required.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes across Spain.
