Job summary

HP SitePrint is seeking a Global Industrial Segment Manager to shape the growth of the SitePrint line across manufacturing, warehousing and intralogistics. You will own segment strategy, set targets and work with regional teams and partners to win in multiple countries.

We expect deep industry experience, ability to develop compelling business cases, and the gravitas to influence senior leaders. The role combines strategic planning, partner management and hands-on market development in a global

Qualifications

• Proven experience in manufacturing, warehousing, intralogistics, material handling, industrial automation or related industry.
• Background in segment management, business development, solution sales, strategic accounts, product management or commercial project development.
• Strong understanding of how industrial facilities and equipment installations are planned, specified, purchased and delivered.
• Experience working with industrial end users, system integrators, equipment suppliers or installation partners.
• Ability to turn market insight into a focused business plan and measurable commercial results.
• Experience developing business cases, demonstrating ROI and supporting the adoption of new technology.
• Confidence working with senior decision-makers and engineering, operations and field teams.
• Ability to influence and coordinate teams across countries and functions.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own the global industrial segment strategy and business plan.
• Identify and engage strategic manufacturers, warehouse operators, intralogistics integrators, and material handling suppliers.
• Turn first deployments into standard practice across projects.
• Equip regional teams and partners with sales tools and training.
• Build market demand with a targeted industrial segment marketing plan.
• Contribute to product development by feeding market insights.
