Job summary

Cellnex is seeking a role to coordinate and drive service technology initiatives across Global Operations, country Operations teams and the technology teams building operational platforms. The position will support automation and orchestration, monitoring and predictive capabilities to scale solutions across the organisation.

You will collaborate with Operations and IT, promote reuse of initiatives across countries, and help optimise operational processes to advance global service technology

Qualifications

• Advanced English and Spanish required.
• Strong understanding of operational priorities and network-management environments.
• Experience coordinating tech initiatives between Operations and IT.
• Experience in telecom/operator or network-intensive environments.
• Experience across multiple teams or countries.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor global demand from Global Operations and country Operations teams.
• Act as coordination point between Operations stakeholders and technology teams.
• Support the implementation and scaling of automation and service orchestration across the organisation.
• Identify local initiatives with broader potential and promote adoption across Cellnex countries.
• Coordinate service technology projects across teams and geographies.
• Support development of an intelligence and orchestration layer across service-monitoring environments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of operational technology capabilities.
