Cellnex Telecom is seeking a senior functional expert in People technology with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors to simplify, standardise and automate People processes, and to drive AI-enabled solutions across modules, reporting and local systems.

You will advise stakeholders, design and test functional solutions, and lead adoption in an international context, collaborating with IT, external partners and country teams. The role is hybrid with Barcelona HQ involvement.

Formación

• 10 years of experience in People technology, People process digitalisation, automation or People transformation, ideally in international/complex organisations.
• Hands-on functional experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including evaluating functionality and configuration options.
• Experience translating People process needs into functional system solutions and collaborating with People teams, IT and external partners.
• Experience identifying dependencies and impacts across People processes, systems, reporting solutions, integrations and countries.

Responsabilidades

• Advise stakeholders on system capabilities, configuration options and product developments.
• Improve and automate end-to-end People processes focusing on user experience and business value.
• Design, configure and test SAP SuccessFactors and related solutions within governance frameworks.
• Prototype, test and validate enhancements, coordinate user acceptance testing with IT and partners.
• Define and improve People reporting and dashboards, enabling data-driven decision making.
