ESK Recruitment LTD partnered with a growing international organisation seeking a Network Solutions Architect to lead the design and evolution of its global network estate. You’ll shape strategy across enterprise, data centre, cloud and hybrid environments while mentoring a team of network specialists.

You’ll balance hands-on delivery with architecture leadership, drive standards, roadmaps and security principles, and collaborate with cloud, security and project teams to improve automation,

Formación

• Strong enterprise networking background across LAN/WAN/WLAN/SD-WAN.
• Experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, cloud networking and hybrid connectivity.
• Knowledge of network security, Zero Trust, firewalls, segmentation and secure remote access.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure or GCP, plus automation tools such as Ansible or Terraform.
• Leadership or mentoring experience of network engineers.
• Strong stakeholder-management and clear communication.
• Experience in complex, high-availability or multi-site environments is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver enterprise network solutions across global sites, cloud and data centre environments
• Set network standards, technical roadmaps and security principles
• Lead a team of network engineers, managing performance, development and resource planning
• Act as the senior technical lead for complex projects, implementations and escalations
• Work closely with cloud, security, infrastructure and project teams
• Improve automation, resilience, monitoring and overall network performance
• Occasional out-of-hours support and international travel may be required
