ESK Recruitment LTD is partnering with a growing international organisation delivering secure, business-critical technology services. They are seeking an experienced Network Solutions Architect to lead the design and evolution of its network estate.

You will blend architecture, hands-on delivery and people leadership across enterprise, data centre, cloud and hybrid environments, while guiding a team of network specialists. Occasional out-of-hours support and international travel may be required.

Formación

• Strong enterprise networking background across LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, routing and switching.
• Experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, cloud networking and hybrid connectivity.
• Knowledge of network security, Zero Trust, firewalls, segmentation and secure remote access.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure or GCP, plus automation tools such as Ansible or Terraform.
• Previous experience leading or mentoring network engineers.
• Strong stakeholder-management and ability to communicate technical solutions clearly.
• Experience in complex, high-availability or multi-site environments is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver enterprise network solutions across global sites, cloud and data centre environments.
• Set network standards, technical roadmaps and security principles.
• Lead a team of network engineers, managing performance, development and resource planning.
• Act as the senior technical lead for complex projects, implementations and escalations.
• Work closely with cloud, security, infrastructure and project teams.
• Improve automation, resilience, monitoring and overall network performance.
• Occasional out-of-hours support and international travel may be required.
