Job summary

Allianz Technology, a global IT service provider, seeks a Commercial Service Manager to shape the commercial framework for the New Horizon 2030 program. You will partner with Allianz Group entities worldwide to define offerings, pricing, and governance, ensuring transparent, value-driven service delivery.

You will monitor financial performance, collaborate with Finance, Legal, and PM teams, and drive standardization of processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in commercial or service management, finance, or IT partnering.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages a plus.
• Experience with international cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the commercial framework for services within the program.
• Act as the primary commercial partner for Allianz Group entities.
• Develop and maintain service agreements, commercial contracts, governance docs.
• Monitor service financial performance: budgeting, forecasting, revenue tracking.
• Provide commercial insights and reporting for strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with Service Owners, Product Managers, Finance, Legal, and PM teams.
• Assess commercial impact of service changes and transformations.
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement of commercial processes.
