Allianz Technology is seeking an experienced Program Lead to drive the end-to-end introduction of a new CRM solution and IT service. This full leadership role covers tool selection, architecture, budgeting, and rollout with accountability for on-time, on-budget delivery.

The CRM will be the Global AM team’s central revenue platform, spanning reporting, forecasting, planning, and contract/demand management. Fluency in English is required; Spanish or German is a plus.

• Experience leading end-to-end IT application introduction programs.
• Strong understanding of IT service management, integration architecture, and enterprise application landscapes.
• Experience with contract management systems or similar master-data-heavy integrations is a strong plus.
• Experience preparing business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and budget/resource plans.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical audiences.
• Experience navigating governance, security, and compliance requirements in a regulated, enterprise environment (insurance/financial services is an advantage).
• Fluent English; Spanish and/or German a plus.

About The Job

Allianz Technology is looking for an experienced Program Lead to drive the end-to-end introduction of a new CRM solution and the corresponding IT service. This is a full program leadership role spanning tool selection validation, architecture and integration planning, budget and resource management, and rollout execution — with direct accountability for delivering a compliant, on-time, on-budget outcome. The CRM will be the Global AM team’s central revenue platform, spanning revenue reporting, forecasting, planning, and contract and demand management.

What You Do

• Lead the build-vs-buy decision and, if buying, the vendor evaluation and selection — assessed on capability, cost, and integration effort.
• Act as Product Owner, translating Global AM business needs into requirements for the developers/vendor and owning prioritization.
• Define the integration approach into the existing IT service landscape, including dependencies, interfaces, and architectural implications, in collaboration with enterprise architecture.
• Ensure a seamless integration with the existing contract management tool, as this represents a special and business-critical linkage for the CRM solution.
• Prepare detailed time, cost, and resource plans covering the full rollout lifecycle. Establish internal tollgates and secure approvals and budget through the relevant governance bodies.
• Lead and coordinate all rollout activities, including status meetings, stakeholder alignment sessions, and follow-ups across business and IT stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery on time and on budget, in full compliance with security, governance, and internal process requirements (including relevant architecture, risk, and change management standards). Act as the primary point of accountability for the program, escalating risks and issues proactively.

What You Bring

• Proven track record leading end-to-end IT application/service introduction programs, ideally including CRM or similar enterprise platforms.
• Strong understanding of IT service management, integration architecture, and enterprise application landscapes.
• Experience with contract management systems or similar master-data-heavy integrations is a strong plus.
• Experience preparing business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and budget/resource plans.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical audiences.
• Experience navigating governance, security, and compliance requirements in a regulated, enterprise environment (insurance/financial services is an advantage).
• Fluent English; Spanish and/or German a plus.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and GenAI platforms is a strong advantage.
