Allianz Technology in Barcelona seeks a Commercial Service Manager to lead the commercial framework for the New Horizon 2030 program, shaping service offerings, pricing models, and governance across Allianz entities worldwide.

You will collaborate with Service Owners, Product Managers, Finance and Legal to ensure transparent, value-driven service delivery and robust financial performance within a globally distributed environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, IT Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial management, service management, finance, or a comparable role.
• Strong understanding of IT and digital service delivery models (managed services, cloud, SaaS, PaaS).
• Proven experience in service pricing, contract management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

• Act as the primary commercial partner for Allianz Group entities, ensuring transparency, alignment, and value-driven service delivery.

About The Job

As a Commercial Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our services are commercially successful, transparent, and aligned with business value across the Allianz Group. Sitting at the intersection of business, finance, and technology, you will help shape how services are designed, priced, governed, and delivered to Allianz entities worldwide.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to one of Allianz's most important transformation initiatives, collaborate with international stakeholders, and influence strategic decisions that impact the future of our global service landscape.

What You Do

• Define and manage the commercial framework for services within the New Horizon 2030 program, including service offerings, pricing models, and charging mechanisms.
• Act as the primary commercial partner for Allianz Group entities, ensuring transparency, alignment, and value-driven service delivery.
• Develop and maintain service agreements, commercial contracts, and related governance documentation.
• Monitor service financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost allocation, revenue tracking, and profitability analysis.
• Provide commercial insights and reporting to support strategic decision-making and continuous service improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Service Owners, Product Managers, Finance, Legal, and Program Management teams on commercial matters and service evolution.
• Assess the commercial impact of service changes, new offerings, and transformation initiatives while ensuring sustainable business outcomes.
• Drive standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement of commercial processes and service management practices across Allianz Technology.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, IT Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial management, service management, finance, controlling, IT business partnering, or a comparable role.
• Strong understanding of IT and digital service delivery models, including managed services, cloud services, SaaS, PaaS, or shared service environments.
• Proven experience in service pricing, contract management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance customer value, business objectives, and financial performance.
• Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Experience working in international and cross-functional environments with diverse stakeholder groups.
• A proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach, combined with strong ownership and accountability.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Additional European languages are considered a plus.
