Allianz Technology is seeking an Account Manager to bridge Allianz Technology stakeholders and the customers across the OEs of the Allianz Group. You will manage quarterly meetings with senior stakeholders, oversee financials, and drive service onboarding while maintaining a customer-centric focus.

Fluent English is required with strong communication skills; experience in account management and a matrix environment is valued.

Formación

• Master's degree or equivalent with 5–6 years of experience in a matrix environment.
• Fluent English speaking and writing; additional European language is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset with client/account management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Attend quarterly Account Meetings with customers’ stakeholders including COO and CIO, leading topics and actions.
• Monthly financial meetings, dispute handling, and escalation management on financial and contractual topics.
• Customer intelligence: manage external communication on planning dialogue, service introductions, and onboarding processes.
• Coordinate contracts changes, annual IT service orders, and obtain quarterly sign-offs from customers on governance and price communications.
