Job summary

Allianz Technology in Barcelona seeks a Commercial Service Manager to lead the commercial framework for the New Horizon 2030 program, shaping service offerings, pricing models, and governance across Allianz entities worldwide.

You will collaborate with Service Owners, Product Managers, Finance and Legal to ensure transparent, value-driven service delivery and robust financial performance within a globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, IT Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial management, service management, finance, or a comparable role.
• Strong understanding of IT and digital service delivery models (managed services, cloud, SaaS, PaaS).
• Proven experience in service pricing, contract management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the commercial framework for services within the New Horizon 2030 program, including offerings, pricing models, and charging mechanisms.
• Act as the primary commercial partner for Allianz Group entities, ensuring transparency, alignment, and value-driven service delivery.
• Develop and maintain service agreements, commercial contracts, and governance documentation.
• Monitor service financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, cost allocation, revenue tracking, and profitability analysis.
