Allianz Technology is seeking an experienced Pricing Lead to own and continuously develop a global pricing framework, focusing on overhead, interest, and profit margin uplifts. You will guide price calculations, business cases, and profitability analyses across a global IT services landscape.

The role emphasizes leadership, stakeholder communication, data-driven pricing, and leveraging GenAI tools to drive commercial outcomes while ensuring alignment with transfer pricing guidelines.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in Controlling with focus on Pricing.
• 2+ years leadership experience.
• Strong ability to communicate complex topics with clarity and diplomacy.
• Familiarity with AI technologies is a strong advantage.

• Ensure pricing deliverables meet high standards and align with company strategy.

About The Job

Pricing is a core part of the Financial Planning & Analysis function at Allianz Technology, sitting at the intersection of costs, revenues, and profitability. We are a dynamic, international team working across operational and strategic topics—detail‑oriented, but always with the big picture in mind.

What You Do

• Own and continuously develop Allianz Technology’s global pricing framework, with a focus on overhead, interest, and profit margin uplifts.
• Own the yearly re‑pricing process for the entire AZ Technology Run portfolio, ensuring defined pricing guidelines are followed, cost‑plus pricing is adhered to, market‑competitive prices are maintained, and transparency is provided to management and customers across all re‑pricing activities.
• Guide IT service delivery units in preparing price calculations, business cases, billing models, and profitability analyses—including decision documents for senior management.
• Support business units globally in achieving commercial readiness by designing transparent, simple pricing and charging models—leading price calculations and assessing commercial impact on services and customers.
• Develop models and analytical tools (leveraging AI) to prepare various pricing simulations. Drive pricing projects that simplify and improve commercial charging processes, both internally and towards Operating Entities, in line with cost‑plus transfer pricing guidelines.
• Ensure Pricing function deliverables (including audit requirements, rate card calculation, true‑up mechanisms, etc.) meet the highest standards and are aligned with the wider company strategy.
• Prepare clear, compelling pricing decision presentations for top management. Coordinate a team of pricing colleagues.

What You Bring

• 8+ years of experience in Controlling with focus on Pricing within an international matrix organization or a comparable consulting environment ideally in the It industry; familiarity with transfer pricing is a plus.
• 2+ years Leadership experience.
• Strong ability to communicate complex topics with clarity and diplomacy, engaging confidently with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Hands‑on working style, equally comfortable with data analysis and leading end‑to‑end project implementation.
• Willingness to understand costing and value flows within ERP systems, including their implications for cross‑border transactions, service productivity, and Controlling processes.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and GenAI platforms is a strong advantage.
