Iridium Concesiones de Infraestructuras, S.A. is seeking a Sr Talent & HR Specialist to support data center and energy activities, leading senior recruitment across Europe and the US and collaborating with the central HR team.

You will oversee end-to-end recruitment for senior and critical roles, assess leadership potential, shape compensation structures, and help implement performance KPI frameworks. The role requires a robust background in executive search, 15+ years in HR, and experience with

• 15+ years of HR experience with a strong focus on executive search and senior talent acquisition.
• Proven track record hiring for senior and hard-to-fill roles in competitive markets.
• Experience in Data Center, Energy, Infrastructure or similar sectors is highly valued.
• Experience managing international hiring processes (Europe and/or US).
• Strong understanding of compensation structures, including STIP and LTIP.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior and critical roles across Europe and the US.
• Identify, approach and engage high-quality candidates through direct sourcing and headhunting.
• Develop talent pipelines and provide insights on hiring trends and competitiveness.
• Support the development and documentation of compensation packages including STIP and LTIP.
• Assist with performance management practices and KPI alignment with compensation.
