Shield AI is seeking a senior sales leader to scale the Aechelon International organization. You will integrate Aechelon into Shield AI’s GTM, accelerate revenue growth, and build a unified sales motion across simulation, visualization, and autonomy offerings.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Engagement to position Aechelon within Shield AI’s ecosystem. The role is transformational and operational, requiring alignment, talent upgrades, and cross-sell expansion

Formación

• 15+ years of B2B sales in technically complex domains.
• 5+ years of senior sales leadership, including transformation or integration.
• Proven success integrating or scaling acquired sales teams and driving revenue.
• Strong technical credibility with engineering, product, and operations.
• Deep understanding of GTM fundamentals (segmentation, coverage, pipeline, positioning).
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the Aechelon International sales team with high performance culture and clear accountability.
• Oversee post-acquisition integration of people, processes, systems, and GTM strategy.
• Own the International GTM plan (segmentation, ICP, account strategy, pipeline, positioning).
• Identify cross-sell and bundling opportunities across Aechelon, Hivemind, and Shield AI offerings.
• Expand footprint across defense, government, and enterprise simulation/training markets.
• Establish operating rigor (forecasting, deal reviews, dashboards, KPIs/OKRs).
• Lead executive engagements in complex multi-stakeholder deals.
• Build relationships with defense agencies, primes, and enterprise customers.
