Shield AI is seeking an International Aechelon / Simulation Sales Specialist to drive growth of the Aechelon simulation portfolio across international markets. This role will serve as a specialist seller within GTM, partnering with regional sales leaders and account teams to identify, shape, and advance simulation opportunities with customers and partners.

The International Aechelon / Simulation Sales Specialist will combine product and market knowledge with strong commercial execution.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in sales or related customer-facing roles.
• Experience selling complex technology in international or defense environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with external stakeholders.
• Commercial acumen and ability to position technical solutions in terms of customer value.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the specialist sales resource for the Aechelon simulation portfolio across priority international markets.
• Partner with regional sales leaders, account owners, and business development teams to identify, qualify, and advance simulation opportunities.
• Support account strategy, opportunity planning, and customer engagement efforts related to the Aechelon portfolio.
• Help drive pipeline development for simulation opportunities and maintain visibility into key pursuits, risks, and next steps.
