Job summary

Publicis Groupe is seeking a proactive SEM Specialist (temporary replacement) to join Starcom, delivering exceptional paid search service for a leading beauty client. You will manage campaigns across Search, Shopping and YouTube, while shaping SEM strategy and client communications.

Ideal candidates boast 2+ years in SEM, strong Excel/Analytics skills, and English proficiency (B2+). The role offers flexible benefits and global training opportunities within a world‑class agency network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing or Economics.
• +2 years of SEM experience.
• Strong communication, dynamic, flexible and proactive.
• High proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Looker is a plus.
• Proficient in English (B2 or higher).

Responsibilities

• Create and monitor Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen and YouTube campaigns.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads audiences.
• Apply SEM knowledge across Google platforms.
• Propose e-commerce optimization ideas.
• Handle strategy, reporting and campaign optimization.
• Develop SEM plans and tactical activations.
• Communicate with clients and Publicis Media teams.
• Analyze keywords, write ad copy and structure campaigns by objectives.
• Manage monthly billing and budgets.
