Consilium Safety Group is seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager to lead our sales organization, accelerate growth, and strengthen our position in the market.

You will combine strategic sales leadership with hands‑on business development, building strong customer relationships across engineering companies, contractors, system integrators, distributors, and end customers. This role demands technical understanding and the ability to translate market opportunities into sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 5–10 years in a relevant technical industry (fire protection, electronic security, or industrial tech).
• 2–5 years leading sales teams in a B2B environment.
• Proven track record in solution selling and business development.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies and business development initiatives.
• Lead and develop the sales team to meet commercial objectives.
• Identify new markets, customers, and growth opportunities.
• Promote technical solutions to engineering companies, shipyards, distributors, and end customers.
