Airnord APC is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for Electrostatic Precipitators (ESP) to drive regional growth and aftermarket opportunities across international markets. You will lead commercial negotiations, build relationships with EPCs and plant operators, and coordinate with engineering and service teams to deliver tailored solutions.

The role requires a strong technical background in ESP or related environmental technologies, proven B2B sales experience, and willingness to travel

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Process, Environmental, or similar).
• Proven B2B technical sales experience in industrial equipment or environmental tech.
• Experience with ESP, filtration or gas-cleaning tech preferred.
• Strong technical understanding with commercial acumen.
• Experience in international markets and complex sales cycles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Fluent in English; other languages advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Develop regional sales strategies for ESP systems and aftermarket services.
• Identify and secure new business across cement, power, metals, mining, pulp & paper.
• Build long-term relationships with EPCs, plant operators, consultants.
• Drive capital equipment and aftermarket/service growth.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals aligned with customer needs.
• Lead negotiations and finalize orders.
• Coordinate with engineering, project management, procurement, service.
• Maintain accurate CRM forecasts and pipeline.
