ABB is seeking a Service Sales professional to drive service opportunities in the Northwest Spain region, focusing on Installed Base penetration and the full Service product portfolio. You will build long-term customer relationships, respond quickly to needs, and promote Medium & Low Voltage service offerings, including maintenance and upgrades.

The role requires strong English and Spanish communication, Salesforce/SAP experience, and willingness to travel.

Formación

• Engineering degree in Electrical engineering or similar.
• At least 5 years of experience in the electrical segment, MV & LV service.
• Experience in Salesforce, SAP; delivering tailored solutions to customer needs.

Responsabilidades

• Develop account plans for strategic end-user accounts, identifying growth opportunities.
• Prioritize customer visits as the primary commercial activity and build trust with key end users.
• Grow the portfolio with Medium & Low Voltage services: maintenance, upgrades, retrofits, value-added solutions.
• Be a trusted advisor, understanding operations and delivering tailored service solutions.
• Generate service sales leads and explore new market opportunities using CRM.
