Hosco is seeking a Sales Development Intern to join the Commercial division in Barcelona. You will support Market Research and Sales processes, gain hands-on experience with CRM tools, dashboards, and prospecting.

The role offers learning opportunities, team collaboration, and flexible working options. The internship requires fluency in English and French, a current enrollment in a Bachelor or Master’s program with an internship agreement, and a 6-month commitment (~39 hours/week).

Qualifications

• You are fluent in English and in French (native level prefered).
• You are currently studying a Bachelor or Master’s degree or online course and can provide an internship agreement.
• Can commit to an internship of 6 months, ideally full-time (39 hours per week).
• You are naturally curious and have a strong willingness to learn.
• You are data-driven.
• You are a great communicator and enjoy working in teams.

Responsabilités

• Market Research (30%): Source target prospects, enrich the database with contact information and talking points, assign shortlisted prospects within territory and SDRs.
• Sales (70%): Learn Salesforce, create reports and dashboards, conduct cold calls, track prospects in CRM, generate interest and support the Sales team with presentations.
