Job summary

Fragrance Science, Inc. in Castellolí (Igualada, Barcelona) is seeking a motivated Back Office Assistant to join the Sales team.

You will provide executive support, assist in day-to-day sales activities, prepare documents and reports, and liaise with internal departments to ensure timely project and order status. The role requires 2–3 years in sales/back office, fluency in English and Spanish, and strong MS Office/Excel/Power BI skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides executive and administrative support to the Front Office of the Sales Department
• Assists in day-to-day sales activities and back office tasks under guidance of the Area Sales Manager
• Screens and channels incoming information and contacts with clients as needed
• Keeps management informed with reports, plans and forecasts
• Participates in organising meetings, visits and trips, and prepares budgets and expense reports
• Liaises between internal departments to follow up documents and project status
