Job summary

Eurofragance in Rubí and Vallsolana is seeking a Junior Recruitment Specialist to support Talent Acquisition and HR Operations across corporate and manufacturing environments. You will attract and hire for office-based roles as well as Production, Warehouse and Factory profiles.

Joining a global fragrance leader, you’ll manage onboarding, contracts, documentation, and drive recruitment campaigns while contributing to a diverse, international team in Barcelona-area offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Labour Relations, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years in Recruitment or HR Administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and operational roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define profiles and coordinate interviews.
• Proactively source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, agencies, and referrals.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and induction plans, including systems access and probation follow-up.
• Support contract preparation, amendments and employee documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with policies and audits.
• Support employer branding and local talent attraction initiatives for operations.
• Monitor KPIs such as time-to-fill and offer acceptance rates.
• Ensure regular presence in Rubí Factory and Vallsolana offices to build relationships.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional integrity.
