Deel is hiring an HR Implementation Consultant in Spain to lead HR system implementations, including data migration and setup across Deel’s HR suite. You will guide clients through migration, configure systems, and provide ongoing training and support.

The role requires 3+ years in SaaS HR implementations, strong project management, and English fluency. Flexible, hybrid work options and a global team are offered. You’ll collaborate closely with Onboarding, Sales, Support and Product teams.

Formación

• 3+ years of SaaS HR implementation experience.
• Proven expertise in managing and ensuring accuracy of large HR datasets.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to plan migrations effectively.
• Experience with change management in enterprise settings.
• In-depth knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with migration to Deel HR tools and ensure smooth rollout.
• Advise stakeholders on best practices for implementation.
• Become an expert user of Deel HR tools to guide features and functionalities.
• Guide clients through onboarding and sales-cycle planning phase.
• Perform data imports to migrate client data with accuracy and integrity.
• Safeguard sensitive employee information during migration in compliance with data protection laws.
• Collaborate with Onboarding, Sales, Support, Operations, Product and Engineering to optimize HR onboarding.
• Contribute to developing Deel HR migration processes and SOPs.
