Job summary

Deel is hiring an Implementation Consultant to onboard and enable clients to integrate Deel’s global payroll and compliance platform. You’ll configure the platform, guide clients through the implementation, and collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a smooth transition.

You will work with clients to understand needs, provide technical and product guidance, and ensure successful delivery across multiple implementations with a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven experience with SaaS platforms, global payroll, or HRIS.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding and implementation projects.
• Configure Deel’s solutions to client needs.
• Provide product guidance during implementation, including setup and testing.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, and Product for smooth handoffs.
• Develop and maintain project plans and timelines.
• Provide training and support on Deel’s platform.
• Troubleshoot issues during implementation.
• Identify process improvements for efficiency.
• Capture client feedback for product improvements.
• Manage multiple implementations simultaneously with high satisfaction.
