Deel, the global payroll and HR platform, seeks a seasoned payroll implementation lead to manage end-to-end data migration for clients. You will oversee setup, configuration, testing, and go-live, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

You will define client payroll processes, ensure compliance with local laws, and drive on-time delivery while communicating project status to senior leadership.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in global payroll implementation and payroll operations.
• Experience with payroll systems and software.
• Client-facing project management experience and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead payroll implementation projects from onboarding to go-live.
• Define payroll processes, data mapping, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and clients for data migration.
• Manage timelines, risk, and stakeholder communications.
• Develop testing plans and ensure successful live payroll.
• Provide ongoing support and training post-implementation.
