SGS is seeking a senior finance professional based in Comunidad de Madrid, Madrid, to lead global financial planning and analysis, manage a direct report, and drive organizational growth. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in financial controlling, combined with a strong understanding of multinational business operations.

The role is fully remote, and flexibility in working hours is valued. Candidates must be fluent in English, with additional fluency in German considered a strong advantage.

Formación

• Minimum of 15 years in financial controlling, FP&A, or business partnering.
• Strong experience in M&A: due diligence, integration, valuation.
• Leadership skills in fast-paced, multi-regional environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global FP&A processes: budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Oversee financial integration of acquired companies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial analysis.
