Job summary

Gigs seeks a Roaming Lead to own the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of Global Roaming, the data-first connectivity layer enabling worldwide coverage. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Partnerships to scale roaming as a core vertical.

The role offers a clear path to Head of Roaming with team and P&L ownership, accepting travel to hubs as needed and close partnership with roaming providers to optimize coverage and pricing.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in an analytical, operational, or commercial leadership role in tech, consulting, telecom, or a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities

• Own Roaming vertical strategy end-to-end across direction and execution.
• Productize Global Roaming as a scalable product with feature development and pricing.
• Own dashboards: coverage, quality, cost, usage; translate into roadmap insights.
• Manage provider relationships, PoP configurations, and commercial terms.
• Drive quality and testing to improve roaming user experience.
• Handle roaming-specific escalations with cross-functional teams.
