Job summary

Mondia is seeking a VP Games to define and lead the end-to-end mobile gaming strategy, from concept to monetization, and own the full lifecycle of a world-class gaming portfolio. You will drive user growth, engagement, revenue, and market positioning in the digital mobile gaming ecosystem globally.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in mobile gaming platforms, PWAs, web/app gaming, casual gaming, and ad-based revenue models.
• Proven ability to define and execute roadmaps with Agile methodologies.
• Expertise in web and native app development and deployment.
• Deep understanding of the digital value chain and global transformation trends.
• Experience in D2C and B2B2C; telco experience is a plus.
• Strong track record in content acquisition and strategic partnerships with major developers.
• Experience using AI across gaming build, delivery, and UX.
• Strong P&L ownership and commercial track record.
• Exposure to Europe, Middle East, and Africa markets.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global gaming strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Identify market trends, player behaviors, and opportunities across segments (casual, mid-core, AAA, cloud).
• Own end-to-end gaming product portfolio from design to scale and monetization.
• Drive data-led decisions on engagement, LTV, retention, and ARPU.
• Own gaming P&L and deliver revenue, margin, and growth targets.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with studios, publishers, and platforms.
• Lead and develop a high-performing product team.
• Establish quality standards, testing frameworks, and release governance.
