Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, seeks a senior professional to own rider business performance across 20+ markets. You will challenge targets, drive decisions, and ensure actionable analytics with ROI-focused planning.

You will own KPI sets for rider operations, including cost per order, utilization, and delivery times, while shaping budgeting cycles and improving the Controlling framework.

Formación

• 4–7+ years in Business Performance, Controlling, FP&A, or related fields.
• Ownership mentality with budget or cost-line accountability.
• Strong analytical problem solving and ability to challenge stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Own rider business performance across 20+ markets, challenging targets and recovery plans.
• Maintain the 360° view of rider KPIs: cost per order, utilization, and delivery times.
• Identify high-value risks and opportunities using experiments and market trends.
• Lead budgeting, plan cycles, and present to senior leadership with clear ROI.
• Improve the Controlling system standards, definitions, and tooling.
