Sandoz International GmbH in Madrid seeks a Senior Manager Executive Rewards to lead the governance, data analytics, and reporting of board and executive compensation. You will coordinate with Finance, Investor Relations, Legal and external providers to ensure accurate disclosures and timely audit support.

The role requires strong IFRS knowledge, experience with executive compensation design, and the ability to simplify complex data for stakeholders in a multinational environment.

Formación

• Qualification in finance required; MBA or postgraduate in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• Knowledge of HR / rewards helpful but not essential
• Fluent English mandatory; German and/or French desirable
• Finance or Accounting experience in complex, international companies
• Knowledge of SEC and IFRS regulations surrounding Executive Compensation is a plus
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Proven analytical and decision-making skills; Demonstrated project management skills

Responsabilidades

• Governance and compliance: develop systems to compile compensation data for disclosures.
• Consolidate payroll, equity, and benefits data for EC & BoD FY compensation.
• Prepare data for compensation reports and notes in financial statements.
• Coordinate with Finance, Investor Relations, Legal and external providers for annual reports and approvals.
• Ensure alignment with IFRS and legal requirements across functions.
• Manage compensation reporting for Board and Executive Committee and governance documents.
