Fever, the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager in Madrid to optimize core commercial processes and drive efficiency across markets.

You will partner with cross‑functional teams, lead high‑impact projects in up to 40 countries, and use SQL and VBA/AppScript to turn data into action. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with a hands‑on, results‑oriented mindset.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
• 6+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or similar roles.
• Proficiency in SQL and VBA/AppScript; Python is a plus.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and optimize core commercial processes across Fever's teams.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive high-impact improvements.
• Lead end-to-end projects across multiple markets and regions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in a multinational environment.
