Formación

• At least 3 years of experience in a CRM related role.
• High level of English; Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in strategy consulting or analytics roles is a significant advantage.

• Plan, create, and execute CRM campaigns across multiple channels.
• Analyze user behavior to continuously improve CRM effectiveness.
