Fever, a leading global platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking a Business Performance Senior Manager in Madrid. You will own strategy, forecasting, and performance analytics, partnering with C‑level leaders and cross‑functional teams to drive revenue growth and operational excellence.

In this role you will design reporting frameworks, translate complex data into executive recommendations, and influence strategic decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/STEM.
• 8+ years in Revenue Ops, Strategy, Growth or Analytics.
• Strong analytics with SQL, Excel, Tableau/Power BI.
• KPIs, forecasting, and business planning knowledge.
• Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management.
• Hands-on, proactive, detail-oriented with fast-paced adaptability.

Responsabilidades

• Shape strategy and performance tracking for the Business Development Team.
• Be the POC with leadership (C-Level, Founders & SVPs).
• Plan, design, and implement strategic initiatives to meet the Business Plan.
• Define reporting frameworks to monitor performance and guide decisions.
• Analyze results, identify inefficiencies, trends and growth opportunities.
• Partner with BD leadership and cross-functional teams on action plans.
• Support strategic planning and forecasting to hit targets.
• Provide data-driven insights to senior stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with executives across the organization.
