• Strong background in consumer goods and retail execution.
• Experience translating product strategy into customer-facing communication frameworks.
• Ability to collaborate across global teams and influence diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Define global packaging strategy across hardware, supplies, and services.
• Translate product value propositions into clear packaging frameworks and messaging.
• Establish standards for communicating services, subscriptions, and AI-enabled features.
• Translate shopper journey insights into actionable packaging and etail strategies.
• Develop playbooks and guidance for POS, content standards, and conversion experiences.
• Create strategic briefs and guidance enabling consistent global execution with local flexibility.
• Partner with Insights to define research informing packaging and shopper experience.
