HP Inc. seeks an experienced eCommerce Marketing Analytics Lead to optimize marketing investments through analytics, MMM, and experimentation.

You will partner with marketing, data science, product, and engineering leadership to scale AI-enabled decisioning globally. Responsibilities include leading optimization of channels (SEM, CSE, Affiliate, Display, Social, Email) and building scalable analytics frameworks for attribution, experimentation, and insights delivery at HP’s ecommerce

Formación

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Mathematics, Economics, Physics, Computer Science, Data Science, Marketing, or related field.
• 7–10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data science, or digital optimization roles.
• Hands-on experience with experimentation design and causal analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Lead digital marketing planning, optimization, and experimentation across the optimization process.
• Improve acquisition, retention, and customer lifetime value through data-driven optimization.
• Own media mix planning tools, attribution frameworks, and optimization models.
