Formación

• Degree in Data Science, Engineering or related field required.
• MBA or business degree encouraged; strong business acumen valued.
• 10+ years total experience with 5+ years in data product marketing/management preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deeply understand HP's data ecosystem to drive new experiences.
• Balance strategy, governance, and implementation of data initiatives across stakeholders.
• Collaborate with CRM, product, and service teams to define data-driven, personalized experiences.
• Apply AI/ML to define data products, schemas and scalable models.
• Translate large data initiatives into agile, deliverable stories and allocate resources.
• Define a data roadmap aligned with customer and business needs.
• Immerse in feedback and sentiment data to map data personas.
