Generator Barcelona is seeking a Reservations & Groups Team Leader (Sales-Focused) to lead the central reservations office. The role combines people leadership with commercial accountability across European markets, outsourcing partners, and internal teams, with a focus on conversion and revenue growth.

You’ll coach, develop, and inspect performance, drive outbound sales, and ensure high service standards while collaborating with Revenue, Sales and Operations.

Formación

• Experience leading hotel reservations or groups teams.
• Experience managing outsourcing partners or remote teams.
• Fluent English + French; additional languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the daily operations and performance of the Groups & Reservations team.
• Drive conversion, revenue growth, and upselling.
• Coach agents to move beyond order taking into proactive selling.
• Manage outsourced reservation teams and external partners.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Sales and Operations to maximise occupancy.
• Monitor KPIs including conversion, revenue, SLA, upselling and productivity.
