Perk seeks a senior Real Estate lead to drive the European and US strategy, shaping how offices enable collaboration and creativity. You will oversee hubs, lead openings, moves, and closures, and negotiate leases while aligning with culture, growth, ESG, and workplace goals.

This role partners with Workplace, Finance, Legal, and People teams. You will manage budgets, timelines, and external partners, while driving employee experience across sites and ensuring scalable operations in a fast-paced

Formación

• Strong background in international Real Estate management and facilities operations.
• Hands-on experience in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and office providers at scale.
• Excellent English communication skills with senior leaders and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end Real Estate strategy for Europe and the US.
• Lead office searches, openings, moves, and closures aligned with culture and growth.
• Negotiate leases, renewals, and contracts with landlords and brokers.
• Prepare business cases with financial models and space utilization analyses.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and external partners for Real Estate projects.
• Align Real Estate decisions with Workplace, Finance, and ESG strategies.
• Oversee daily facilities operations for Central Europe hubs.
• Develop policies and best practices for facilities.
• Coordinate with TechOps, Legal, Finance, and People teams to align objectives.
