Planet is seeking an experienced Real Estate & Facilities leader to drive the global property agenda, optimise office portfolios, and support Planet Hubs across locations. You will work with Legal, Tax, Finance and IT to ensure compliant, cost-effective and well-managed workplaces for our teams.

You will own supplier lifecycle, manage leases, and lead cross-functional projects from planning to delivery while maintaining high standards across Planet Hubs worldwide.

Formación

• Experience in managing multi-location property portfolios.
• Strong commercial and operational stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead workplace projects from plan to delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global real estate and facilities agenda across Planet hubs and offices.
• Manage portfolio including acquisitions, renewals, disposals and leases.
• Oversee office moves, fit-outs, relocations and space optimisation.
• Collaborate with Legal, Tax, Finance, IT and HR on property decisions.
• Develop and maintain a global Facilities Management model with standards.
